John Fisher – CBRE

John Fisher is an Executive Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction services group, based in Calgary, AB. John specializes in informed and strategic real estate advice to companies, both large and small, while harnessing the complete offering of CBRE’s Global Platform. John’s clients range from fast-growing technology companies and public sector organizations to large corporate occupiers with diverse, North American-wide portfolios. Throughout his career, and with experience completing over 1,900 transactions totaling $2.5 billion in transactional value, John has developed specific industry expertise and earned recognition in various areas including strategic portfolio analysis, business case scenario planning, and structuring and negotiating complicated leasehold and fee simple acquisition and disposition transactions.
Angus Fraser – CBRE
Downtown Office
Angus Fraser joined the Calgary Downtown Office Leasing Team in March 1994 after starting his leasing career at another major real estate services company. Throughout his career, Angus has focused on downtown office leasing and advising corporate users of office space and office development. The specialization has elevated Angus and his team to an industry leading level of market knowledge and leasing experience. He has put these assets to work as agent to several of downtown Calgary’s largest tenants, and has been directly involved with lease transactions totaling over 16,000,000 square feet. Since January 2000, Angus along with Bryan Walsh combined experience and skills to pioneer Calgary’s first full time office leasing partnership. Since its inception, the partners have secured over 10,000,000 square feet in tenant mandates, over 5,000,000 square feet of office space to lease and grew the team to seven individuals.

Brittany specializes in portfolio management, asset repositioning and optimization, landlord representation and tenant representation. Carey Koroluk – JLL

Carey Koroluk has been focused on industrial real estate since he began his career in 2014, specializing in lease and sale transactions. Carey has built a solid reputation by providing effective tenant/purchaser representation while striving to deliver the highest level of customer service in every transaction. He primarily works with medium to large size users, identifying their needs and providing solutions in today’s diverse market. The combination of being highly motivated and a strong work ethic has delivered successful results on behalf of clients as Carey has become a well respected agent in the marketplace.
Bernie Bayer – Taurus Group

Bernie Bayer has been committed to providing impartial advice to owners and developers of retail real estate since co-founding Taurus Property Group in 2002. With an unabashed passion for urban retail and a desire for quality, Bernie has worked with many of Canada’s largest and most sophisticated property owners. Bernie started his real estate career at CBRE where he gained experience in the merchandising, planning and leasing of retail property to institutional investors. In 1999, Bernie and a colleague formed a small brokerage firm specializing in retail. In 2002, Bernie partnered with Paul McCloy to form Taurus Property Group to represent owners and developers of retail and mixed-use properties. Over the course of his career, Bernie has earned the respect of the retail tenant community and their representatives.
Walsh Mannas – Avison Young

Walsh received his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Alberta in 2007 and shortly thereafter joined Avison Young on the Capital Markets Team. He is a three-time recipient of the Award of Excellence at Avison Young, the inaugural co-chair of the international leadership and professional development program and a Principal and shareholder. Walsh is committed to providing unparalleled support to his clients in theform of sound underwriting and imaginative marketing. Walsh is the past-chair of the First Nations Events Committee at the Calgary Stampede and sits on the Hearing Panel Roster for RECA.
