The tour will start in the lobby which features an 11-storey living green wall, grand piano, and several casual seating areas.  Continuing on, attendees will view the +30 level which is slated for retail use and will feature a unique third-party operated wellness/fitness studio complete with a partnered food service retailer.  The tour will carry on through a few office floors including the 11^th floor show suites, showcasing the broad range of availabilities and the unique floorplate sizes (low rise: 19,000 sf, high rise: 12,000 sf).  Tour will be followed by cocktails and canapes at Local on 8^th at 5:30pm. Ticket prices include two drink tickets.
